Volunteer Opportunities

Jobs Available:

• Receiving and Sorting Donated Goods: Help us manage incoming donations by receiving, sorting, and ensuring items are in good condition.
• Pricing Items for Display: Assist in pricing and preparing donated items for sale, making them ready for display on our shelves and racks.
• Organizing Shelves and Clothing Racks: Keep our store looking clean and welcoming by organizing merchandise for our customers.
• Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcome shoppers and assist them in finding items or answering any questions they may have.
• Working the Register: If you are comfortable with sales, help ring up customers
• and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.

Most of our volunteers commit to at least one 3.5-hour shift per week, but we’re flexible! Every moment you give helps us support grassroots efforts and other critical organizations within our community.

• Visit the Hope Chest during store hours or call us to set up a time to learn more about our volunteer opportunities. We’ll match you with the tasks that best suit your interests and availability.
